Recovery here is mostly a hydration story. Taurine acts as an osmolyte, regulating fluid balance inside the cell, while sodium and potassium handle it outside — and sodium is also what carries creatine into muscle via its transporter. The parts were dosed together rather than separately for that reason.

The acids, sweeteners and silicon dioxide are there for a reason: amino acids and minerals are bitter, and the acids needed for stability are sharp. Erythritol adds body and masks bitterness, malic acid paired with monk fruit gives a smoother and longer-lasting tartness, sodium citrate buffers the pH, and silicon dioxide keeps hygroscopic ingredients flowing during manufacture.
